Damaged or Faulty Item
We are sorry you that think there is a problem with your order.
Please give us as much information as possible below including clear photographs or video link etc so we can see clearly what the problem may be.
If you have an item that you are having trouble understanding or using, or is not working as it was after 30 days then you may need customer support or have a warranty claim if the item comes with one.
In such instances you should contact the manufacturer to explain what is wrong first to see if they can resolve your problem. We will gladly help you do this if you are unable to but doing so yourself is the quickest way to resolve your problem without us acting as a middleman in the process.
We aim to reply within 2 working days for these queries as we often need to communicate with the supplier/ creator before we can reply. Our opening hours Monday - Friday 10-4pm exc Bank Holidays.
