My Order Has Been Despatched But Has Not Arrived
All our orders are sent tracked with GPS location delivery confirmation.
If your query is regarding tracking your order please see your order despatched confirmation email that will confirm it has been sent to you. It will have been sent to the email address you provided at checkout and will be in junk/spam if you don't have it in your Inbox.
Tracking is not necessarily provided step by step; it may only provide delivery confirmation or attempted delivery for 1st and 2nd Class mail..
Once your order has been despatched we cannot control the speed of delivery, your post may arrive quickly one day and slower the next.
In the UK you must allow up to 14 days for delivery at normal times before an item is classed as lost and up to 30 days for International orders.
We cannot control the speed of delivery once despatched so we can only ask you to be patient and wait the required time especially at peak times like Black Friday and Christmas periods when the post will be slower than normal.
We have found Postal Service Providers do not always leave a card if they call, this can often result in lengthy delays while the item is returned to us after non collection or contact with the Post Provider, please check your tracking regularly if the package does not arrive within the expected time.
