You show a penny and 5p and ask them to hold their hand palm down.
The 5p is placed in their close fist the penny on hte back of the fist, the pen is tapped in a pattern on the back of their hand and the 5p appears leaving them with the 1p in their hand.
The set comes with the gimmick that allows you to use other items instead of a pen if you wish.
